When you order online, you pay the full booking amount of your stay.
Payment is made by credit card via a secure payment provider, Nets. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled automatically.
Once the payment is completed and approved, the reservation is guaranteed. You will then receive a confirmation of the reservation.
CHECK IN
Self check-in is available from 15:00 and is completed using the JUSTIN-app on your mobile phone.
Check-in information and room access will be sent to you on the day of arrival.
CHECK OUT
Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available for an additional fee of NOK 150 per hour after 11:00 AM.
Late check-out must be arranged with the hotel in advance and is subject to availability.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION RULES
Your stay can be cancelled free of charge until 11:00 AM on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made after 11:00 AM on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged in accordance with the terms stated in our terms.
NO SHOW
No-shows will be charged the full amount of stay.
DEPARTURE BEFORE THE END OF THE AGREED TIME
If you wish to shorten your stay and check out earlier than originally booked and paid for, please contact the hotel.
Any refund for the remaining nights will be considered on an individual basis and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
DAMAGES
The guest is responsible for damage he may cause to buildings, furniture and equipment.
