Payment and bookingterms


All prices include VAT. We take prepayment on all bookings.

Enehall is a cashless accommodation.

Cancellation and rebooking conditions
The guest has the right to cancel or rebook the booking free of charge no later than 7 days before
arrival. If the guest cancels or rebook later than 7 days before arrival, the total cost of the entire stay will be charged, this also applies in the event of a no-show. If the price of the rebooked room is higher than for the original booking, the guest must pay the difference in prices.

Cancellation and rebooking conditions (10% of the cost)
The guest has the right to cancel or rebook the booking free of charge no later than 24 hours
before arrival (excl. amount for cancellation protection). If the guest cancels or rebook later than 24 hours before arrival, the total cost of the entire booking will be charged, this also applies in the event of a no-show. If the price of the rebooked room is higher than the original booking, the guest must pay the difference in prices.

For groups/conferences, 20% is paid at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation/rebooking. The remaining payment is due 20 days before arrival.

CONFIRMATION OF TERMS
The booking becomes binding when the Guest has paid for the hotel room in connection with the booking and received Enehall's confirmation of the booking by e-mail.

ROOM OWNERSHIP
Hotel guests are not allowed to allow outsiders into the hotel premises. Door codes/keys may not be transferred to anyone other than those who have been specified as occupying the room.

RULES
Hotel guests may not behave in a way that disturbs other guests or residents in the vicinity of the hotel. If guests behave disruptively or otherwise neglect their obligations under this agreement, they may be rejected from the hotel. If any of the guests in the room must be rejected from the hotel due to disruptive behavior or neglect of their obligations under this agreement, the guest is not entitled to a refund or other compensation.

SMOKING
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. This also applies to balconies and patios, outside entrances and
other outdoor areas in the vicinity of the hotel. If smoking is found in the room or other indoor area, a cleaning fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged. Persons who cause an alarm due to smoking are responsible for all alarm, service and cleaning costs that smoking entails.

PETS
It is prohibited to bring pets into the hotel except in designated rooms. Persons who bring animals into the
hotel are obliged to reimburse all service, administration and cleaning costs
that this entails.

ALARM COSTS
Alarm and other costs arising from violations of the rules of order or accidental alarms shall be paid in full by the person causing the alarm and ultimately by the Guest who has paid for the room.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION RENTALIST
Persons staying in the room are fully liable for all damages they have caused and for the costs caused to the hotel or third parties or which are a result of actions in breach of the agreement. If the identity of the guest in the room who caused the damage or cost cannot be established or if it is not possible to obtain compensation for damages or costs from this guest, the damages and costs will be invoiced to the guest who has paid for the room.

AGE LIMIT
The age limit for staying at the hotel is 18 years, it is okay to stay in the rooms alone if you are under 18 years of age as long as there is a leader or parent who can take responsibility for the young people and who is staying at Enehall during the same period.

CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA
We process all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL).

ENEHALL'S RESPONSIBILITY
If Enehall cannot offer booked accommodation, the booked guest has the right to receive a refund of the booking cost. Enehall shall notify the Guest of any changes to the booking without delay. The right to make changes is reserved.
